Everything You Need To Know

Upon ordering you will be given a tracking number within 3-6 business days. You may track your order at or, however your order will not be updated until USPS/UPS picks up your package. Please allow at least 3-14 business days from when you receive your tracking number for your order to arrive. Priority packages take 2 to 3 business days to arrive once they leave our facility.

ONCE THE POST OFFICE HAS DELIVERED YOUR ITEMS, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN OR HELD PACKAGES. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS so any issues encountered must be handled with them. If your package is marked as delivered and you still do not have your package you must contact them.

If you provided the wrong address and the package is being sent back to us, you will have to pay for shipping once again if you want us to re-send your package.

We will only reimburse you for shipping if the mistake was ours.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


We are a small business and take extreme pride in the quality of your order. We don't have the option to have inventory at the moment so every order is always personally created for you. Government holidays, bad weather conditions, and weekends may impact the timeframe. During periods of high demand such as sales and collection releases please allow up to 5-12 business days for your package to be processed and shipped. During Black Friday please allow up to 10-14 business days. Tracking information is sent to your email at the time of shipment. If you shop as a guest the email will be your only notification.  For registered customers, your tracking will also be found inside the “My Account” link. We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible on the site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and/or device, we cannot guarantee that your viewing device's display of any color will be 100% accurate.
